Great news at the Denver Orchid Society! We are offering online membership payment with auto-renewal to make the process more convenient ensuring members can enjoy uninterrupted access to the benefits of membership. Using this payment option will help save our membership committee a great deal of time by automating our membership records.
For members who join or renew an existing membership online.
On the date you join or renew your membership dues online using the QR codes above, your membership will auto-renew each year on your membership anniversary date. Auto-renewal is a feature that automatically renews your membership on your anniversary/renewal date for the upcoming 12-month period without requiring you to manually initiate the renewal process each year. Before your membership expires, you will be notified via email 7 days before the renewal date. This will allow members to make any necessary updates to payment information or choose to opt out of auto-renewal if desired.
For members who have NOT used the online option.
If you paid your membership via check or cash, your anniversary/renewal date will be the date payment was received, regardless of the month of the year, and will not be setup as an autorenewal membership. DOS membership will email you a reminder notice within a week or two of your renewal date.
